YEARLY PLANNING
February always seems to come in and go out quickly, doesn’t it? This year was no different for us. It was a month filled with many reports and deadlines looming, but when tasks pile up, working as a team lightens the load.
One of the reports due in March is our report to the government regarding our goals for the past year. We view this as a great time to realign to our work with our vision and mission. Looking at what was accomplished, what roadblocks were encountered and what needs presented themselves is critical for us to keep the course. After reviewing the last year, we work to set goals for the next twelve months. So, each Friday in the month of February, our staff meetings revolved around these topics.

Being intentional with how we care for the children, how we work with families and how we train and learn together are critical in being able to provide the best care for the children we serve.
As this month closes, we are celebrating the hard work it takes to keep the course. We celebrate all of the goals met, even the successes that perhaps weren’t even planned. And we commit to caring for the children and families we serve to the best of ability. We are grateful for each of you who walk alongside us by supporting us through prayer, financial giving and encouragement. Together we can keep the course.
